The Plaster Spraying Machine is a compressed-air operated applicator that sprays cement plaster onto walls and ceilings instead of applying it by hand. It runs off a site air compressor, delivering an even coat over large areas far faster than manual application. Note that it is the spray tool itself — you will need a compressor to run it.

Key points at a glance

  • Operation: compressed air
  • Applies: cement plaster to walls and ceilings
  • Use: interior and exterior surfaces
  • Requires: a separate air compressor (not included)

Why spray rather than hand-apply

Hand plastering is one of the most labour-intensive operations left on a building. A mason loads the hawk, throws or trowels the mix onto the wall, and repeats — the rate is set by how fast a person can physically move material, and it does not scale. On a large wall or a whole floor of a building, plastering becomes one of the longest items on the programme simply because of that.

Spraying changes the rate limit. Compressed air propels the mix onto the surface continuously, so one operator covers in minutes what would take considerably longer by hand, and the coat lands more uniformly than repeated hand passes tend to. The mason's skill still matters — the surface is levelled and finished afterwards — but the slow part, getting material onto the wall, stops being the bottleneck.

Ceilings are where the difference is most obvious. Overhead hand plastering is tiring, slow and hard to keep even; spraying removes most of that physical strain.

What you need to run it

This machine is air-driven, not self-powered, so it needs to be paired with an air compressor of adequate capacity for continuous spraying. If you do not already have a compressor on site, factor that into the decision — tell us your wall area and site setup on WhatsApp and we will confirm what the machine needs.

After spraying

Sprayed plaster still has to be finished. Once the coat is on and levelled, the wall grinder sands the set surface smooth before painting — the two machines cover the fast and the fine ends of the same job.

Applications

Cement plaster application on walls and ceilings, interior and exterior surfaces, residential and commercial construction, and any project where the plastered area is large enough that hand application sets the programme.

Frequently asked questions

How does a plaster spraying machine work?

Compressed air propels the cement plaster mix onto the wall or ceiling in a continuous stream, replacing the throw-and-trowel action of hand application.

Do I need an air compressor?

Yes. The machine is air-driven, so it must be paired with a compressor of adequate capacity for continuous spraying. The compressor is not supplied with it.

Does it work on ceilings?

Yes, and that is where the time and effort saving is largest — overhead hand plastering is the slowest and most tiring part of the job.

Does sprayed plaster still need finishing?

Yes. The coat is levelled and finished after spraying; a wall grinder then sands the set surface smooth before painting.

Can it be used outdoors?

Yes — it suits both interior and exterior plastering.

Is it sold with a GST invoice?

Yes — supplied with a GST invoice, dispatched F.O.R. Pune across India.
