The Wall Grinder is a 1680 W single-phase plaster sanding machine with a 380 mm pan and six adjustable speeds from 280 to 2800 rpm, used to smooth plastered walls and ceilings before painting or finishing. At 15 kg it is handled by one operator against a vertical surface, with a 4 m power cord for reach.

Why six speeds matter on plaster

Sanding plaster is not one operation. Knocking down trowel ridges and high spots on a freshly set wall wants a slower, more aggressive pass; feathering joints and bringing the whole surface to an even finish wants a faster, lighter one. A single-speed machine forces a compromise, and on plaster that compromise shows — too fast and you burn through into the base coat, too slow and the surface stays uneven under paint.

The six-speed range from 280 to 2800 rpm covers both ends of that. Combined with the 380 mm pan, which spans enough width to keep the surface flat rather than following its own hollows, it gives a wall that takes paint evenly instead of showing every patch once the light hits it.
