The ARC 322 is a 220 A ARC (stick/MMA) inverter welding machine with dual-voltage 220 V / 380 V input, so it runs on either single-phase or three-phase supply. It sits a step up in the Jamshedji ARC welder range — more welding current than the 180 A machine for heavier sections, while keeping the flexibility to run off whatever power a site has. 5PCB inverter design.

Key specifications at a glance

  • Welding current: 220 A
  • Input voltage: 220 V / 380 V (dual use)
  • Phase: single or three phase
  • Process: ARC / MMA (stick)
  • Board: 5PCB inverter design

How to choose a welding machine by amperage

An ARC welder is chosen mainly on one number: the welding current it can put out. That current sets how thick a section you can weld and how large an electrode you can run. More amperage lets you burn a bigger rod and drive heat deeper into thick steel; less amperage is easier to control on thin material and draws less power. Every machine in this range does the same job — manual metal arc welding on steel, and other metals — and the choice between them is how much current you need and what power supply you have.

At 220 A this machine handles heavier fabrication than the 180 A model: thicker structural steel, larger electrodes and longer duty on demanding joints. Its dual 220 V / 380 V input keeps it flexible — the same machine works off a single-phase socket or a three-phase site supply, so more current does not mean being locked to three-phase power.

Frequently asked questions

What is the welding current of the ARC 322?

220 A — suited to heavier fabrication than the 180 A model, with larger electrodes.

What power supply does it need?

Dual voltage 220 V / 380 V, so it runs on either single-phase or three-phase supply.

How is it different from the 180 A and 250 A machines?

Same ARC process and the same dual-voltage flexibility — the difference is welding current. The ARC 322 gives 220 A, between the 180 A 300 X-Bravo and the 250 A X-Bravo.

What can it weld?

Steel, aluminium and other metals by the ARC (stick / MMA) process.

Is it sold with a GST invoice?

Yes — supplied with a GST invoice, dispatched F.O.R. Pune across India.

What is the price of the ARC 322 welding machine?
