Welding Machine X-Bravo – 250A ARC Inverter, Dual Voltage
Welding Machine X-Bravo – 250A ARC Inverter, Dual Voltage
The X-Bravo is a 250 A ARC (stick/MMA) inverter welding machine with dual-voltage 220 V / 380 V input, so it runs on either single-phase or three-phase supply. It sits toward the top of the Jamshedji ARC welder range — high welding current for heavy fabrication, while still able to run off a single-phase socket where three-phase power is not available. 5PCB inverter design.
Key specifications at a glance
- Welding current: 250 A
- Input voltage: 220 V / 380 V (dual use)
- Phase: single or three phase
- Process: ARC / MMA (stick)
- Board: 5PCB inverter design
How to choose a welding machine by amperage
An ARC welder is chosen mainly on one number: the welding current it can put out. That current sets how thick a section you can weld and how large an electrode you can run. More amperage lets you burn a bigger rod and drive heat deeper into thick steel; less amperage is easier to control on thin material and draws less power. Every machine in this range does the same job — manual metal arc welding on steel, and other metals — and the choice between them is how much current you need and what power supply you have.
At 250 A the X-Bravo handles heavy fabrication and thicker structural sections with larger electrodes, and sustains longer welds on demanding joints. What sets it apart from the higher-current ARC 400 and 300 XL is that it keeps the dual 220 V / 380 V input — so you get high welding current without being tied to a three-phase-only or single-phase-only supply.
Which welder in the range
The whole range is ARC welding machines; pick by welding current and the power you have.
- 300 X-Bravo — 180 A, 220/380 V: general fabrication, repair and site work; single or three phase.
- ARC 322 — 220 A, 220/380 V: heavier sections; single or three phase.
- This X-Bravo — 250 A, 220/380 V: heavy fabrication with dual-voltage flexibility; single or three phase.
- ARC 400 — 270 A, 380 V three phase: heavy-duty industrial welding, three-phase only.
- 300 XL — 300 A, 220 V single phase: the highest current in the range on a single-phase supply.
Applications
Heavy steel fabrication, structural welding, industrial and construction work, fabrication shops and site work on steel, aluminium and other metals.

Frequently asked questions
What is the welding current of the X-Bravo?
250 A — suited to heavy fabrication and thicker structural sections.
What power supply does it need?
Dual voltage 220 V / 380 V, so it runs on either single-phase or three-phase supply.
How is it different from the ARC 400 and 300 XL?
All three are high-current machines. The X-Bravo's advantage is dual-voltage flexibility — the ARC 400 (270 A) is three-phase only and the 300 XL (300 A) is single-phase only, while the X-Bravo runs on either.
What can it weld?
Steel, aluminium and other metals by the ARC (stick / MMA) process.
Is it sold with a GST invoice?
Yes — supplied with a GST invoice, dispatched F.O.R. Pune across India.
What is the price of the X-Bravo welding machine?
Send your requirement on WhatsApp for a GST-inclusive quotation including freight.
Get a GST-inclusive quotation — tell us the thickness you weld and your power supply and we will confirm the right machine.
