Concrete Vibrator Needle 35mm x 6m – For Congested Rebar
Concrete Vibrator Needle 35mm x 6m – For Congested Rebar
This is the 35 mm × 6 m needle for a concrete vibrator — the poker head and 6 metre flexible shaft that attaches to a needle vibrator drive and goes into the wet concrete. At 35 mm it is the smallest-diameter needle in the range, made for getting between congested reinforcement and into narrow sections where a bigger head will not fit. The 6 m shaft gives good reach into deep pours.
Fits
This needle attaches to the Jamshedji needle vibrator drives — the 7.5 HP petrol, 6 HP petrol and 3 HP single-phase electric drives, all of which accept 35 mm dies. The portable 950 W and 1300 W units have their own integrated 35 mm needle and do not take a separate one. Send your drive model on WhatsApp if you need the coupling confirmed.
What it does and which pour it suits
The needle is the working end of a vibrator system: the drive spins it, and its high-frequency vibration liquefies the surrounding concrete so trapped air rises out and the mix flows tight around the bars. The needle is a wear part — the head and the flexible shaft take constant abrasion in wet concrete and are replaced when the head wears or the shaft stiffens or fails.
The 35 mm diameter is the one to choose for tight work: heavily reinforced columns and beams, thin walls and narrow sections where a 50–70 mm head cannot pass between the bars. A smaller needle covers a smaller radius per insertion, so for open mass concrete a larger needle is faster — but for congested steel, the 35 mm is the one that reaches.
Needle sizes in the range
- 35 mm × 6 m (this needle) — congested rebar, narrow sections, thin walls
- 50 mm × 4 m and 50 mm × 6 m — general slabs and beams
- 60 mm × 4 m and 60 mm × 6 m — heavier mass concrete
- 70 mm × 6 m — the largest pours

Frequently asked questions
Which drive does this needle fit?
The Jamshedji 7.5 HP and 6 HP petrol drives and the 3 HP single-phase electric drive, all of which take 35 mm dies. The portable 950 W and 1300 W units have their own built-in needle.
When should I use a 35 mm needle?
For congested reinforcement, narrow sections and thin walls where a larger head cannot fit between the bars. For open mass concrete, a 50–70 mm needle consolidates faster.
Is the needle a wear part?
Yes. The head and flexible shaft abrade in wet concrete over time — replace the needle when the head is worn or the shaft stiffens or fails.
Does it come with the drive?
No — needles are bought separately so you can match the diameter and length to the pour. This lets one drive cover several needle sizes.
What is the price of a 35 mm × 6 m vibrator needle?
Send your drive model on WhatsApp for current pricing and freight.
Need this needle? Tell us your drive model and pour and we will confirm the needle and price.
